My
focus now is on teaching, and I'm very busy with my educational projects,
so these days I usually save my precious design time for personal projects.
That said, I do have some moments in between projects when I might want
to take your project on! So feel free to contact me with that in mind.
How to place an order
There
are 3 different ways to place an order:

Time frame for / Cost of orders
Remember,
this business is just me! Here's how it works:

1.
You send me your order

2. I send you an email through Paypal, with an estimate of when
I will finish your garment, when you should receive it, how much
the total will be with shipping, and any other questions I might
have (and a Paypal link to make payment fast and easy)
- (Please
note: prices may be a little more than what's listed if you request
a particular fabric or special feature that adds significantly to
the expense of production, or if you need it in a hurry and I need
to work "overtime." I will let you know the cost, and make
sure you agree, before I start your garment.)

3.
You email back and let me know if that's ok

4.
You send me payment (remember, there will be a Paypal link in my
email to make this easier)

5.
Once your payment has cleared, I make your garment

6.
When it's ready to ship, I email to let you know it's on its way

7.
Then, you get to wear your beautiful garment with comfort and joy!

Payment
Paypal is probably the easiest and quickest to clear, and my only option
if you want to pay with a credit card.
I
will also accept checks or money orders, but your check must clear before
I will begin making your order.

Sales
Tax
Orders shipped to addresses within the State of New York will be charged
8% sales tax.

Shipping
Many items will fit in a USPS priority mailer, which ships for $3.85
in about 2 days.
If
shipping will be more than that, I'll let you know in my initial email.
If you want expedited shipping, or shipping other than with the USPS,
let me know in your initial order.

Returns
and Exchanges
- If
there are any problems with your garment, please let me know so I
can fix it! Please know that I will do everything I can to make sure
that you are satisfied with your order.
- Since
all garments are custom made, I can not offer a refund.
- However,
I am happy to make alterations as needed at no additional cost (except
for shipping)
- and
I will sometimes be able to offer an exchange (especially for more
popular items - evaluated on a case by case basis)

Privacy
Policy
Unless
you indicate otherwise to me, I will keep your name, email address,
and mailing address on file to send you future info about new products,
sales, etc. You can be assured that the information you give me
is private. I do not sell, rent or share information about my customers
to outside third parties.

Service
Remember,
this business is just me, and it's just part-time! My other commitments
prevent me from being "on call" as ardeninred 24/7. However,
I check email and voicemail at least once every day (usually much
more often). Please be assured that I will respond to your message
as soon as possible!
